we charge $90 for the first 20 min This is not to repair just to let you know how much the service or repair would cost Now if you use us to do the repair then the $90 will be applied to the repair

1st Blowdown Flush check & inspection small cleaning we check safety switches no repair. We also checked the draft of the chimney and run a combustion test. If parts are needed then more will be added to the service price of $400

2nd  Skimming oil from the Boiler to remove oil or other debris like contaminants adds treatment.  $600

replacement of parts 

deep cleaning 1100 & up 

1. Low water cut-off  change out $750 

2. install auto water feeder change out $750 – retrofit from scratch $950

3. install new presser troll   $700

4. repair leaky pipes $ 1000 & up 

5. to change out the steam boiler $14.500 & up
